Translating digital designs into physical objects is central to my artistic practice. While I continue to develop the technical and creative scope of my digital work, the physical interpretation of these designs has become an increasingly important part of my freelance practice and ongoing creative research.

Digital character model created as the starting point for physical experimentation, exploring form, proportion, and personality before translation into sculpture.

Initial physical translation of a digital character, focusing on scale, balance, and how digital forms behave when realised as a physical object.

Iterative testing exploring how different materials and surface finishes affect the character’s presence, texture, and perceived weight.

Scale testing to understand how changes in size impact character readability, tactility, and emotional connection when experienced as a physical object.

Side-by-side comparison of digital model and physical sculpture, highlighting shifts in form, proportion, and detail that occur through the translation process.

Work-in-progress documentation showing the ongoing nature of experimentation, refinement, and reflection within my digital-to-physical practice.
